Due In Court: Man Accused Of Murder, Leaving Body Stuffed In Suitcase On Side Of The Road
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The man accused of murdering Scott Bernheisel and stuffing his body in a suitcase is due in court today.
Thomas Brennan is scheduled for a preliminary hearing.
Investigators say Brennan murdered Bernheisel and stored him in a closet in a house on the 200 block of Wilder Street.
They say he then transported the body to Tinicum Township in a suitcase and left it on the side of the road.
Brennan faces a list of charges, including murder and abuse of a corpse.
