Man Surrenders After Barricade Incident In Port Richmond
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A man surrenders to Philadelphia Police after barricading himself inside of a home in Port Richmond. The incident happened on the 3100 block of Agate Street.
Police say the man fired his gun into the air, ran into his house and locked himself inside.
He came out and surrendered just after 2 a.m. Monday.
Police took him into custody.
No one was hurt.
