by KYW's Al Novack

One Camden, NJ teenager is being charged with the attempted murder of another Camden teenager at a Holiday Inn in Cherry Hill Township.

Police say the shooting followed an argument during a party that the suspect and victim were both attending.

According to investigators, 18-year-old Chrishon Carver suffered a gunshot wound of the face last night about 11:30pm and remains in critical but stable condition at the Cooper Medical Center in Camden.

He was found lying in a first-floor corridor of the Holiday Inn along Marlton Pike in Cherry Hill.

Police quickly apprehended the suspected gunman, whom they identify as 18-year-old Albert Cass of Camden. The suspected weapon was recovered in a flower bed in front of the hotel.

Cass is being held in lieu of $300,000 bail.
