Man Dies After Being Stabbed In North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A man died after being stabbed in North Philadelphia on Friday night.

Around 10:30 p.m., police responded to reports of a stabbing inside a residence on the 2300 block of W Sergeant Street.

Upon arrival, police found 46-year-old Reginald Reed suffering from a stab wound to the chest. He was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead just after midnight.

Initial investigations revealed that the victim reportedly got into a physical confrontation with his 60-year-old brother, who was taken into custody.

The investigation into the incident remains underway.
