Love Park Welcome Center To Feature Restaurant, Bar

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — City officials announced plans for a full service restaurant and bar in Love Park's Welcome Center. The restaurant, called "Love-Luck," is expected to open later this year.
The restaurant will have indoor and outdoor terrace seating.
It will feature a specialty glass that will help visitors get a clear, 360-degree view of Love Park.
