Lockout Lifted At Montgomery County High School Following Alleged Threat
EAGLEVILLE, Pa. (CBS) -- A lockout at a Montgomery County high school has been lifted.
Officials say the measure was put into place at Methacton High School in Eagleville at the start of school day after a student at the school was threatened.
Officials say the alleged threat was made by a person not at the school, so it was a precautionary lockout, meaning no one was allowed enter the building.
The lockout was lifted around 9:30 a.m. when police took the person who allegedly made the threat into custody.
There were no reports of injuries.
The incident is under investigation.
