Lehigh County Father Charged With Rape Of Biological Son

ALLENTOWN, Pa (CBS) – According to Lehigh County officials, a father has been charged with the rape of his biological son.

An investigation revealed that Robert Warris, 42, allegedly penetrated his juvenile son on multiple occasions, and engaged in oral sex with the victim.

The victim was nine at the time of the incident, and is now 17.

Police were notified of the incident after the Allentown Police Special Victim's Unit received a report of rape from the Lehigh County Office of Children and Youth Services.

Warris has been charged with Rape of a Child and Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a Child, Sexual Assault, and Corruption of Minors.

He was taken into custody without incident and will be arraigned through Central Booking.
