Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney Set To Deliver 2023 Budget Proposal To City Council
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney will deliver his 2023 budget proposal to city council Thursday. It includes $184 million for violence prevention.
There is also $270 million allocated for the school district.
The budget does not call for any tax rate increases.
