Jack-Knifed Tractor-Trailer Causing Major Delays On I-95 Northbound
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A tractor-trailer accident is causing major delays on I-95 Northbound near Cottman Avenue.
All traffic was blocked for a period of time while crews tried to remove the truck.

A man in his 40s was taken to Aria Torresdale with facial lacerations.
