Fuel Spill Causing Heavy Delays On Route 42 SB
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Heavy traffic delays are being reported on Route 42 southbound.
Two right lanes are blocked at the I-295 SB/Creek Road exit due to an earlier accident and fuel spill.
That's causing stop and go conditions between 1-76 and Creek Road with traffic moving at about 35 m.p.h.
