Flames Tear Through Center City Apartment
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Flames tore through an apartment in Center City late Tuesday night. The fire broke out just before 11:30 p.m. on the 100 block of South 15th Street.

Crews found heavy fire on the top floor of the building and quickly placed the fire under control.
Officials are working to determine what sparked the flames.
Fortunately, no one was hurt.
