Delaware Police Officers Offer Free Hugs
NEWARK, Del. (CBS) - What happens when someone holds up a sign that says "free hugs?"
Two Newark, Delaware police officers walked down Main Street and did just that.
This was all captured on a video that was viewed by over 1.5 million people on Facebook.
The officers ended up giving out dozens of hugs to anyone who needed or wanted one.
