Delaware County man arrested in West Chester University rape
WEST CHESTER (CBS) -- Police arrested 20-year-old Patrick Dreyer of Glen Mills last week in connection to an alleged rape.
Authorities say the alleged crime happened last September at a house near the West Chester University campus.
The Delaware County man faces rape and related charges.
