Delaware County Man Arrested After Allegedly Hiding Gun, Ammunition In Checked Luggage
NEWARK, N.J. (CBS) -- The TSA is calling it a good catch. A Delaware County man was arrested after trying to hide a gun and ammunition in his checked luggage.
Agents at Newark's Liberty International spotted the gun wrapped in an ace bandage. It was in a suitcase among the man's other belongings.
A handful of bullets were discovered in a hollowed-out bar of soap.
The traveler is from Chester and was heading overseas.
