Delaware County DA: Man Accused Of Sexually Abusing Teen, Sending Video To Victim's Mother Surrenders
MEDIA, Pa. (CBS) -- A Philadelphia man surrendered to authorities in Delaware County on Friday, on suspicion of child sexual abuse. The Delaware County District Attorney's Office says 19-year-old Ibrahim Johnson allegedly abused a 12-year-old girl.
According to the DA, Johnson posted video of the abuse on Instagram and shared it with her mother and two siblings.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 30.
