Delaware County Authorities Seek Public's Help Locating Two Missing Girls From Media
DELAWARE COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) – Officials are seeking the public's help locating two missing girls from Delaware County. Media police reported Riley Harkins and Natalie Ciferni missing on Sunday night.
Police say 16-year-old Riley Harkins is believed to be in the area of West Philadelphia. She is 5-foot-2, 90 pounds, has long brown hair and braces.
