David Creato To Stand Trial For Murder Of 3-Year-Old Son
HADDON TOWNSHIP, Nj. (CBS) -- A judge in Camden County has ruled that 22-year-old David Creato Jr. should face murder charges in the death of his 3-year-old son.
On Monday, the judged dismissed a defense request to toss out the indictment against Creato.
He is accused of killing his son Brendan. Officials say he then reported that his child was missing in a call to 9-1-1.
The little boy's clothes were found a few blocks from his Westmont home October.
