Crews Respond To Underground Explosion In South Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Crews were called to the scene of an explosion in South Philadelphia this morning.
About 8:30 a.m., the fire department responded to Broad Street and Oregon Avenue for reports of an underground explosion that dislodged a manhole cover.
No one was injured.
