Portion Of Broad Street Closed In North Philadelphia After Crash Involving Police Vehicle

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A crash involving a police vehicle has shutdown a busy intersection in North Philadelphia Thursday morning.
The crash happened on North Broad Street and Olney Avenue, around 6 a.m.
All the northbound lanes are blocked.
Minor injuries have been reported.
