Cops: Man Shot Multiple Times In Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a 23-year-old man was shot four times in Philadelphia late Wednesday morning.
Authorities say the shooting happened on E. Wishart Street around 11:15 a.m.
The victim was taken to Episcopal Hospital in critical condition.
So far, no arrests have been made.
