Condo Manager And Associates Charged With Stealing Over $600,000 In Plymouth Meeting

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. (CBS) -- The Plymouth Township Police department have announced the arrests of four suspects in connection to a three-month long investigation into the theft of funds from the Plymouth Hill Condominiums.

Detectives conducted the investigation after the Plymouth Hill Condominium Home Owners Association found several discrepancies with the financial dealings of Condominium Manager Vincent Lopez.

During the course of the investigation it was discovered that about $600,000 was stolen from the Condominium association by Lopez and several associates.

On Thursday, police say, Vincent Lopez, Patricia Paugh, Irving Betoff and Roosevelt Harris all surrendered themselves to police at Plymouth Township Police Headquarters and were arraigned.

All four suspects were charged with Theft and Criminal Conspiracy among other charges.
