Sherman's Travel is out with its top 10 list of quick summer getaways in the world and you may be surprised to find Bucks County made the list.

The publisher of travel deals and destination ideas singles out its accessibility to major cities on the East Coast along with its restaurants, outdoor activities, wineries, b-and-b's and kid-friendly attractions.  Jerry Lepping is executive director of Visit Bucks County:

"To be associated with same company like the Azores, Niagra on the Lake in Canada, Reykjavik, Iceland, and Bermuda -- that's quite a group."

The online editorial director for Sherman's Travel says Bucks County got a lot of high marks from the editors because it offers so many great options for families, romantics, and adventurers.
