Road Sign Prankster Strikes In New York

BUFFALO, N.Y. (CBS) -- A road sign prankster has struck again near Buffalo N.Y. The latest message on the sign reads, "I Love You."

Despite that, police are not really feeling the love. Tampering with these signs is against the law.

Police reminded people of that on Tuesday, when someone changed the sign to read "It's All A Dream."

A lot of people want the prankster to get a pass, considering that the messages were nice.

Someone changed the sign to read something not so nice and that didn't go over too well.

State police say that someone who changes the sign, is not just looking at criminal charges. They are also opening themselves up to a civil suit, if someone gets hurt as a result of the change.
