YARDLEY, Pa. (CBS) - A Bucks County chiropractor has been arrested and charged with assaulting a patient at his massage center.
Dr. Matthew Lieber practices at Yardley Chiropractic and Massage Center. Now he can only see patients under the supervision of another adult.
Bucks County Deputy District Attorney Nate Spang says Lieber assaulted a longtime patient on the evening of May 17th - after office staff had left for the day.
The 69-year-old woman had come in for a therapeutic massage.
When asked if there were more victims, Spang said, "Right now, we don't have any evidence to that effect, but certainly if a complaint comes in, or a phone call comes in to our detectives we would follow up on that," said Spang.
Lieber is charged with felony and misdemeanor counts of indecent assault and could face 10 years in prison if convicted.
He's free on $150,000 unsecured bail.
