They say tricks are for kids, but now it seems treats are too.
Several cities across the country have adopted age limits -- usually under 12 -- for those who go door-to-door trick or treating.
Most lawmakers cite safety as the main concern, while others argue it enourages teenage mischief.
Teenage violators could face jail or fines up to $100, although said laws are rarely enforced.
