Attorney General Kathleen Kane, Spokesman, Chief Of Staff Sued
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- More legal trouble for Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane.
A former human resource officer is suing Kane, her spokesman and her chief-of-staff.
George Moore says he was fired for recommending the chief-of-staff be terminated over sexual harassment complaints, a day or two before Kane elevated him to become her top administrator.
