American Airlines Becomes Latest Airline To Introduce Non-Binary Gender Options

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- American Airlines is the latest airline to introduce non-binary gender options. When you begin the booking process, you can now select U or X instead of male or female.

United Airlines was the first U.S. airline to offer the option in March.

Several other major airlines plan to have the same options in the future.
