PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- After four games the Eagles are 3-1, but not a particularly convincing 3-1. After a shaky first half to start the season against the woeful Jaguars, a lucky late-call that went their way against the Colts in week 2, and a horrendous offensive performance at San Fran in week 4, many are skeptical of how good the Eagles actually are.
