1 killed, 1 wounded in North Philadelphia shooting, police say

Police are investigating a double shooting that turned deadly early Sunday morning in North Philadelphia.

One man was shot and killed shortly after 3 a.m. near 8th and Oxford streets, Philadelphia police said. Another man was taken to the hospital and is listed in critical but stable condition.

Homicide detectives are investigating the shooting, and no arrests have been made.
