50 Homes Without Water After Water Main Break
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- At least 50 homes in Philadelphia's Elmwood neighborhood are without water tonight.
Officials tell us it's because of a water main break in the 7400 block of Elmwood Avenue earlier this evening.
An 8-inch main broke and part of the street caved in earlier this evening.
Those homes will remain without water until water department crews can repair the damage.
There's no word yet on what caused the main to break.
