9 Overcome By Fumes At Horsham Strip Mall

HORSHAM, Pa., (CBS) – Nine people are recovering after they were overcome by fumes at a strip mall in Horsham.

The incident was reported around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the 300 block of Horsham Road.

CBS 3 is told four of those sickened were taken to Abington Memorial Hospital as a precaution.

The fire marshal cleared the scene around 8:20 p.m.

CBS 3 is told construction workers were working in a vacant store with gas and propane.

The incident remains under investigation.
