23-Year-Old Man Shot In Kensington

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A suspect is on the run after shooting a 23-year-old man in Philadelphia's Kensington section.
Gunshots rang out just before midnight in the 2000 block of East Stella Street.
Police say the victim was shot once in the abdomen.
He was rushed to the hospital, where he is in stable condition.
Police say neighborhood surveillance cameras captured the shooting.
