HAMMONTON, N.J. (CBS) - Two people were thrown from their car during a violent crash in Atlantic County. It happened around 1 a.m. Thursday at South Egg Harbor Road and Moss Mill Road in Hammonton.

A medical helicopter flew one of the victims to a nearby hospital.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
