1 Charged After Alleged Threatening Statements Prompt 'The Band Perry' To Postpone Concert
SELBYVILLE, Del. (CBS) – Delaware State Police say an arrest has been made after two men allegedly made threatening statements at the Americana Bayside Welcome Center.
The alleged statements prompted The Band Perry to postpone their concert to a later date due to security concerns.

Police say the incident took place around 2:55 p.m. on July 3.
Officials say two men entered the Americana Bayside Welcome Center and made alarming statements to an employee at the desk.
The Band Perry was originally scheduled to perform at The Freeman Stage at Bayside later that evening.
Police say Dzmitry N. Papou, 35, turned himself in to police after a press release was sent out.
He was charged with one count of Terroristic Threatening and was released on $20,000 unsecured bond and a no contact order with Americana Bayside.
Authorities say a second suspect has been identified, but not yet arrested.
The investigation is ongoing.
