1 Arrest Made In Brawl At Broad Street Line Station
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- One person has been taken into custody for a brawl at the Spring Garden Broad Street Line Station in Philadelphia.
18-year-old Andrzei Bodziak was taken into custody Saturday after SEPTA Police executed a search warrant in the 1600 block of Fillmore Street.
Bodziak is being charged with criminal conspiracy, carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a firearm on the streets of Philadelphia, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, possession of implement of crime, disorderly conduct and harassment.
The brawl happened around 3:15 p.m. early this week.
