Construction company owner convicted in death of 5-year-old crushed by stone fence
A construction company owner has been convicted of criminally negligent homicide. The Brooklyn district attorney says Nadeem Anwar failed to secure a heavy stone fence he built, which later collapsed onto and killed a 5-year-old girl in August 2019.
