Chinese spy balloon shot down over water off Carolina coast
A suspected Chinese spy balloon was shot down over the Atlantic Ocean on Saturday. The recovery effort now begins, along with the investigation into what information the balloon may have been collecting. CBS2's Jennifer Bisram spoke to a woman who witnessed it being shot down.
