Study: Men Mature Slower Than Women
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A new study confirms a suspicion many women have harbored for generations: men mature slower than women.
The study commissioned by Nickelodeon UK found men don't reach maturity until 43, while women typically mature around age 32.
New Yorkers seemed to agree with the findings.
A Spring Valley, N.Y. woman said her husband still has some growing up to do at 49 years old.

"The poop jokes, the playing with the kids, the cartoons, still laughing at 'Beavis and Butt-Head,'" she said.
Ken Salvatore, 19, said he's looking forward to a long life of immaturity.
"I plan on goofing around a lot, for sure," Salvatore said.
Rich Lobiwicki told 1010 WINS' Glenn Schuck that he still hasn't matured at age 61.
"I might as well enjoy what I got left, there's no point in being mature it seems like you got more responsibility," Lobiwicki said.
An 81-year-old Rockland County man said he believes he hit maturity at 75.
According to the study, women were twice as likely to feel like the "adult" in the relationship and a quarter of women said they make the important decisions in the relationship.
However, 40 percent of people thought immaturity could help keep a relationship fresh and fun.
