Police: L.I. Man Arrested For DWI While Driving With Interlock Device
HOLBROOK, NY (CBSNewYork) -- Police say a Long Island man was arrested for DWI while driving with an interlock device on his car.

Police arrested 34-year-old Justin Mullany on Thursday. Cops say around 9:30 p.m., an officer pulled Mullany over after seeing him swerving between lanes on County Road 19 in Holbrook.
Police say they found an ignition interlock device on Mullany's car that was installed after he was convicted of a prior DWI. The device detects alcohol on your breath. A driver must blow into a piece of equipment and pass a breath test before the car will start.
Cops say Mullany appeared confused and told police he was swerving because he was trying to blow into the interlock device.
Mallany was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs.
