Is gold the best performing asset?

Dollar Collapse?

Within one week, three U.S. banks have collapsed. It started with Silvergate, then Silicon Valley Bank, and finally Signature Bank.  Where do investors turn when economies collapse?

These three bank runs that led to collapse are the worst since the 2008 financial crisis.  It's worrisome that two of the banks served "growth sectors" in tech and cryptocurrency.

Silicon Valley Bank, considered steadfast and forward thinking, and investing in the future, shocked the world by announcing it needed to raise over $2 billion to save its balance sheet.  Panic ensued, Venture Capitalists liquidated funds, and now SVB is in the hands of the FDIC.

Even with this recent failure, many doubt this will lead to an economic or dollar collapse.  So, what is the real threat to the U.S. dollar?

The BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) represent some of the most powerful emerging world economies.  They are meeting this August, and a major item on the agenda is the creation of a new global currency.

In 1944, the U.S. dollar established its dominant reserve status with the Bretton Woods agreement, where 44 countries agreed the dollar would be pegged to gold, and other world currencies would be pegged to the U.S. dollar.

Decades of economic turbulence coupled with economic success in other countries around the world have led to this point in August, when BRICS will meet.

What You'll Want To Own Should Dollar Collapse

Gold.  Gold could be a necessary asset if you want to be prepared for a potential dollar collapse.

The BRICS currency could be tied to gold.  If the dollar loses its worldwide status, this could lead to an immediate spike in interest rates, causing a "crash" in assets like housing, stocks, and bonds – which have gained value due to Federal Reserve policy.  Historically, gold has done well during or right after a recession.

Gold proved itself last year.  The numbers tell the truth.  No other asset comes close to gold's stability.  As of this writing, gold is steady at around $1,900 and looking strong.  No country can own all the gold in the world, and that's why it remains the key to financial freedom.

Gold is desired by countries because of its industrial demand.  It's used for phones, data servers, computers, cars, and other machines.  Annually, PC vendors shipped approximately 275 million units around the world [1].  In each device, $12 worth of gold is used.  That translates to $3.3 billion [2].

Annually, 1.38 billion smartphones are sold.  In each phone, there's a little less than $2 worth of gold.  This translates to $2.5 billion consumed by the phone industry.

Gold is also being tested to fight cancer.  There are more than 18 million cancer diagnoses each year [3].

Billionaires and Central Banks are buying all the gold they can afford

Noble Gold Investments has had an onslaught of clients purchasing more gold in the last week.  Noble Gold Investments is, fortunately, prepared for this.  They have anticipated the economic and dollar collapse since the beginning of the pandemic.  They stacked up on gold and still have enough for you.

You can either open a Gold IRA or directly own physical gold with Noble Gold Investments.  Better yet, own both.
