Tina Fey tells Letterman she's really not hosting Oscars next year

Tina Fey is still adamant about not wanting to host the Oscars.

Following her successful stint co-hosting this year's Golden Globes with Amy Poehler, and after Seth MacFarlane said he would never again host the Oscars, there was much talk over Poehler and Fey possibly stepping in at next year's Academy Awards ceremony.

William Shatner even joked about Fey and Poehler hosting the Oscars during this year's telecast.

MacFarlane predicted that the two comediennes will fill his shoes at the 2014 Academy Awards ceremony.

But Fey isn't having it.

After telling the Huffington Post earlier this week that there was "no way"she would take the job, Fey was asked again about the hosting gig during her appearance Wednesday on CBS' "Late Show with David Letterman."

"I don't think so," Fey told Letterman. "For a woman...just the amount of dresses that you would have to try on...that's a deal breaker. I'm out."

During their chat, Fey also discussed life since her NBC sitcom "30 Rock" ended in January, which she compared to getting out of jail:
