Establishment Republicans in Congress are hardly fans of Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, but with Donald Trump racking up the delegates, they're feeling pressure to accept the notion that Cruz could represent their last, best shot at stopping Trump taking the nomination.

Several candidates in this year's presidential race have vowed to rev up the economy and lift the nation's annual rate of GDP growth to a rip-roaring 5 percent -- or higher.
