The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency
It's the season finale of Janice and I don't know about you but I am pretty sad.
Who I am going to watch yell at clients and make her models get naked every week? I am going to have to search VH1 to find a replacement.
Last week, I was away but I sure got caught up on all the Janice action. Aussie Bum was Janice's big client and Janice's first client to fire her. The owners of Aussie Bum were filming behind the scenes to document their trip to the U.S. to hire models and in the process heard Janice talking smack (big surprise) about them.
She was fired right there on the spot. Pretty embarrassing, but you know Janice — she can recover quickly.
Moving on. 2(x)ist is casting for their new underwear line on the beautiful Catalina Island and the boys seem to forget they are working and are up drinking and partying with locals till the wee hours of the morning.
I'm not even one of Janice's models but I know I have heard her say a million times that you should never drink before a shoot because you get bloated. Seems real irresponsible to me on the boys' part.
Even though the boys show up one hour late, Maurice, JP (my survivor buddy), TJ, an Dominic give the best pictures so far and are picked to shoot the line's new "bold" campaign.
Unfortunately for Kehoe this is a bad day for him. He didn't get picked to shoot the "bold" line and he is looking really bloated. One model compares his looks to Angela Lansbury. Not sure about that but I had to write it.
After Janice leaves in style in her helicopter, she gets hit by a car on her drive home. She is rushed to the hospital and the show's cameras do not follow. I am at home wondering if she is going to have a scar when she leaves the hospital because her son, Nathan, informs us and the models that her head hit the windshield. Janice, like the trooper she is, makes Nate report to her meeting and insists she will be OK. I love this chick!
Trashy Lingerie is casting for models for their Web site today. Trashy Lingerie sells lingerie online and I personally like their stuff and they always have really cute Halloween costumes.
They are going to pick six girls to test shoot and then will book two for the final shoot. After being a little disappointed that Janice didn't have more curvy models Trashy picks Ligia, Desiree, Crystal, Stina, Traci and Pierce.
To celebrate, Janice planned a party for the girls. Even though she can't attend, Nathan escorts them to the surprise party. The girls get a really great hotel room and open the door to see a stripper pole — yes, I love it!
Most of the girls immediately freak out. Come on, loosen up girls. You have taken your clothes off on her show at least a hundred times already. After a phone call from Janice to tell them to lighten up a bit, the girls embrace the stripper classes Janice has planned in order for them to get in touch with their sexy side for the shoot tomorrow.
The boy models decide to crash the party and the stripper pole (who knew guys loved to swing on the pole so much). Some flirting with the girls goes on. Stina and TJ admit they have crushes on each other. Maybe next season we will explore this possible love affair.
Onto the shoot. Janice shows up looking amazing and not even a scratch from her accident — way to go girl! The shoot goes well and they pick Desiree because of her pouty lips and girl next door face, and Ligia because her body is rocking.
Stina is immediately upset again but the CEO of Trashy tells her they wanted to use her but they couldn't get her into a size small and that's what they shoot. She says she is working on her weight and I feel she will be back next season with a rocking body. She is still my fave.
And that's a wrap on "The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency." It looks as though her agency has really taken off and there are only better things to come from here. Here's to hoping there is another season, and another, and another, etc. I love Janice and I will miss her.
