Courteney Cox, David Arquette finalize divorce
It's officially over.
David Arquette and Courteney Cox's divorce has been finalized, more than two and a half years after they first announced their split.
A Los Anges County Superior Court judge entered a final judgement for the divorce on Tuesday, according to People.
Cox, 48, and Arquette, 41, had been married for 12 years. They first parted ways in October, 2010. Arquette officiallyfiled for divorce from Cox in June, 2012.
The couple first met on the set of "Scream" in 1996 and starred together in the horror franchise's three sequels.
They have been on friendly terms since their split. In their divorce documents, both Cox and Arquette had asked for joint legal and physical custody of their 8-year-old daughter, Coco.
