Are we winning the fight against ISIS?
President Barack Obama said Thursday that Muslims have to take responsibility for repudiating terrorism. His remarks came as he opened a three-day summit on fighting extremism. The discussion is meant to center on how to counter the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.
The terror group has spread its brand across the world and its fighters are popping up in countries outside of Syria and Iraq. CBS News correspondent Holly Williams, who has reported on ISIS overseas, and former deputy director of the CIA Michael Morell joined Scott Pelley to discuss America's strategy against ISIS.
