WCCO meteorologist Mike Augustyniak says waves of steadier rain continue through the evening and overnight and all day Wednesday, with drizzle or showers early Thursday. Winds stay lighter in the east until late Wednesday, when gusts pick up from the Red River Valley toward the Twin Cities.
