State ethics panel delays hearing for Minnesota Sen. Nicole Mitchell
Minnesota's state ethics panel has decided to hold off on an investigation into Senator Nicole Mitchell. Mitchell has been charged with burglary. Investigators say that say she broke into her mother-in-law's house last month in Detroit Lakes. The panel will meet again after Mitchell's next court date on June 10. The end of this legislative session is on May 20th.
