St. Paul restaurant owner frustrated by multiple break-ins
Burglars cut into a safe at a St. Paul restaurant on Sunday morning. The owner says it will cost thousands to repair and that it's not the first time there has been a break-in at the business. He told Derek James he's frustrated with what happens after police make an arrest.
