St. Paul man killed in crash with deputy following pursuit
A St. Paul man is dead after crashing with a Ramsey County deputy. It happened late Tuesday night, not far from the state capitol building. Two others, including a four year old, were hurt. Jason Rantala is live in the newsroom with what caused the crash.
