St. Louis Park bakery turns storefront into a Swedish candy shop, and customers can’t get enough
Owner Anne Andrus of Honey & Rye says The Candy Shop sold out of almost everything at its soft open. It sells imported Swedish-style gummies, foams, chewies and sours by the pick-and-mix, and is open Thursday through Sunday.
